Main Responsibilities: 主要职责-　　 Coordinate with clients 与客户协调-　　 Coordinate with relative disciplines for input/output 协调输入/输出的相关条理-　　 Lead process calculation such as: stoichiometric calculations, hydraulic column calculations pump hydraulic, line size, water hammer, PSV release capacity and size for fire case and restriction orifice etc. with Aspen Plus (mandatory)领导工艺计算，如：化学计量计算、液压柱计算液压泵、管路尺寸、水击、PSV释放能力和防火箱和限制孔尺寸等。会使用Aspen Plus-　　 Responsible for process deliverable documents quality control: P&ampampID, Equipment list, Pipeline list, Safety device list, tie-in list;负责工艺：可交付文件质量控制：PID、设备清单、管道清单、安全设备清单、附件清单-　　 Lead technic support of process equipment/package/special item (PSV, breath valve, flame arrestor etc.) procurement: datasheet &ampamp technic Spec, MRQ, TBE, MRP, technical clarifications with client &ampamp vendors &ampamp subcontractors, vendor drawing review and approval;-　　 领导工艺技术在设备/包装/特殊项目（PSV、呼吸阀、阻燃器等）。在采购：数据表、技术规范、MRQ、TBE、MRP、与客户进行的技术澄清；供应商、分包商、供应商图纸审查和批准；-　　 Responsible for authority approval meeting preparation, introduction and modification for Safety Device Volume, Occupational Disease Protection Volume; and General introduction volume and Cost Estimate.负责编制安全装置卷、职业病防护卷、介绍和修改；一般介绍卷和成本估算。-　　-　　 Problem solution support for construction site对施工现场的问题解决方案的支持-　　 Concept design for project, including ±10% Cost Estimate:-项目概念设计，包括±10%成本估算-　　 Lead process concept design: process deion, P&ampampID, process equipment list, pipeline list, safety device list, tie-in list, process datasheet and utility consumption, start-up procedures etc.-　　 领导工艺流程概念设计：工艺描述、PID、设备清单、管道清单、安全设备清单、连接列表、数据表和公用事业消耗量、启动程序等。-　　 Responsible for process quality and schedule control;负责工艺质量和进度控制-　　 Technical clarifications with vendors &ampamp subcontractors, cost estimate support-　　 与供应商进行的技术澄清，分包商，成本估算支持-　　 A revamping project, expansion or modification projects with ±10% Cost Estimation对改造项目具有±10%成本估计、扩展或修改项目的能力Requirements: 要求：-　　 Basic studies and professional experience recommended 基础研究和专业经验-　　 Very good ability to communicate and a distinct ability to work in a team非常好的沟通能力和在团队中确切清楚的工作能力-　　 Independent working 独立工作能力-　　 Process design experience in Engineering company recommended有工程公司的工艺设计经验-　　 Experience in piping design (piping layout with PDSOFT, piping material study etc.)有管道设计经验（采用PDSOFT的管道布局、管道材料研究等）-　　 Project proposal, Feasibility Study Report (FSR)项目提案、可行性研究报告(FSR)的能力-　　 Project Application Report (PAR) 项目申请报告(PAR)-　　 Front End Engineering Design (FEED) 前端工程设计(FEED-　　 Basic Engineering Package (BEP) 基础工程软件包(BEP)-　　 China Preliminary Design Package (CPDP) 中国初步设计软件包(CPDP)-　　 Detailed Engineering Design (DED), and site construction support etc.详细的工程设计(DED)、现场施工支持等-　　 The process design experience mainly includes calculation for material and heat balance, equipment and pipes size;工艺设计经验主要包括材料和热平衡、设备和管道尺寸的计算-　　 Development of PFD / PID / UID; 开发PFD/PID/UID-　　-　　 Preparation of process specification, equipment list, pipeline list and datasheet, special piping fitting list;编制工艺规范、设备清单、管道清单和数据表、专用管道配件清单；-　　 Pump hydraulic calculation, PSV &ampamp breathe valve calculation, flame arrestor and steam traps ion, stoichiometric calculations, hydraulic column calculations;-　　 泵液压计算、PSV、呼吸阀计算、阻燃器和蒸汽陷阱器选择、化学计量计算、液压柱计算；-　　 Procurement support with material requisition/specification (MRQ) /TBA/MRP;-　　 对采购支持：在材料要求/规格(MRQ)/TBA/MRP的理解；-　　 Vendor drawing review and approval; cost support, etc.对供应商图纸审核和批准、成本支持等-　　 Experience with HAZOP execution procedure有HAZOP执行程序的经验Required Knowledge and Skills-　　 Codes &ampamp Standards 规范标准o Knowledge of standards &ampamp codes regarding to process and piping design such as GB, HG, SH, ASME, API, NEC, DIN and so on了解有关工艺和管道设计的标准和规范，如GB、HG、SH、ASME、API、NEC、DIN等-　　 Computer 计算机o ProⅡ, Hysys, Aspen Flare System Analyzer or Aspen plus, HTRI, SPPID, MS office 2010 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project), AutoCAD, AutoCAD 3D Plant, PDSOFT, Aspen to calculate-　　 Languages 语言o English 英语熟练
