Perform as an engineering technical resource ensuring the integrity of site telecom systems, e.g video surveillance, PA, fire-fighting alarm, electrical fence, access control systems, walkie-talkie.Resolve complex and escalated work and telecom issues in a timely manner to support site operations requests and needs.Build up telecom systems in asset management platform, set up reliability strategies to manage the systems.Work with site emergency response engineer making sure both compliance and technical perspective, inspections and tests are conducted.Review the technical proposals for new or modified hardware, software, or programming modules of telecom systems. Test and evaluate hardware and software to determine efficiency, reliability, and compatibility with existing systems, works, and data. Monitor and analyze system performance, such as work traffic, security, and capacity, to proactively identify service-impacting issues. To ensure proper protocols and processes are in place. Produce, , and generally improve technical documentation to support security requirements and operational support of systems.Involve in projects review which requires telecom services, ensuring timely planning and implementation任职要求：3-5 years working experience in communication engineering field Bachelor’s degree in communication engineering, electrical engineering, information technology or a related field.Experiences with systems of video surveillance, PA, fire-fighting alarm, electrical fence, access control systems, walkie-talkie.Good problem-solving skill and good communication skill.Understanding of the Oil &ampamp Gas and / or Chemical industries will be a plus
