Job Summary:CITCO Holdings Limited Shanghai Representative office, one of the biggest petrochemical products suppliers Russia in order to develop its petrochemical products business in China invites professional employees. Our product portfolio includes the following products: synthetic rubbers (BR, SBR, NBR, IIR, and IR), caprolactam (CPL), polymers &ampamp plastics (LDPE, PP), alcohols (NBA, IBA).Now, China is the biggest petrochemical products market in the world. Our companys strategic direction in China is to improve overall market coverage and better value chain understanding in the market so that we can develop more profitable business for long term success in China. With limited resource in China, we need to add sales &ampamp marketing resource to develop local partnership in the value chain, strengthen our brand image and achieve the given sales target.Requirements:·1.Master and/or MBA Degree in International trading/ Marketing/Chemical Engineering.·2.Min. 3-5 year Sales or/and Marketing experience in rubber/plastic/polymer/petrochemical products related industries.·3.Working experience in multinational company is preferred (Exxon, Lanxess, Bayer, Kashima, Kawasaki, LG, Mitsui, Itochu...).·4.Work experience with sales to end-users of petrochemical products (rubber, polyolefins, alcohols) on Chinese market·5.Good customer focus, good selling skill and negotiation skills.·6.Products marketing knowledge and good business acumen.·7.Working independently, aggressively and willing to travel.·8.Good communication skills in both English &ampamp Mandarin and/or Russian &ampamp Mandarin.·9.Good team work spirit.职位描述:俄罗斯的石油化学原料供应商已在上海设立办事处,从而拓展其在中国的石油化学产品的业务。我们的产品涵盖:基础油,合成橡胶(顺丁胶,丁苯胶,丁腈橡胶,异戊二稀橡胶,丁基橡胶等),己内酰胺(CPL),聚合物&ampamp塑料(聚乙烯,聚丙烯等)中国已经成为世界上的石油化学产品市场。我们公司在中国的宗旨是拓展我们的产品在整个中国市场的覆盖面,并且在市场中提升产业链的价值,从而成功的发展更多在中国的长期业务。由于在中国的资源有限,我们需要更多市场资源以发展与国内客户的合作业务,加强我们的品牌形象,协助完成销售目标。岗位要求:1、化学工程专业,基础油或苯乙烯相关专业本科,硕士或MBA学历;2、3年以上塑料/橡胶/聚合物/基础石油化学产品的市场或销售经验;3、具备在大型外资公司工作过的经验为佳(如:日本瑞翁,美孚,朗盛,拜耳,日本Kashima,日本Kawasaki,韩国 LG,中石化,中石油等公司);4、在中国市场化工产品给终端消费者的销售经验;5、良好的客户沟通能力,优异的销售能力以及谈判能力;6、熟知产品市场,敏锐的市场洞察能力;7、独立工作能力,善于挑战自我,能适应经常出差;8、具备良好的英语和俄语交流能力。具备基本的计算机能力:如Excel,Word,Powerpoint等。 9、良好的沟通能力,有团队协作精神;Company communication/公司联系方式Please send your detailed resume in both English and Chinese to us.
