主要工作PRINCIPAL ACTIVITY - 参加PS产品的区域市场调研,共同完成区域市场调研报告; Participating in the market investigation and research of PS product, prepare the market investigation and research report together with others. - 参与制订营销策略； Participating in the preparation of marketing strategy. - 负责完成分管区域（/或直接用户/或和贸易商）的销售任务，优化区域销售，实现利润化； Be responsible for accomplishing the marketing work in the specified region or with end-user and/or trader, to maximize the product profit. - 不断巩固开拓PS的市场； Keeping expansion of the PS product market. - 建立维护客户数据库，实施区域客户考核管理。 Establish &amp maintain the customer master data, and complete the KPI assessment for customers. - 共同完成部门的目标。 Accomplishing the department goal together with others. 经验/技能要求EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENT - 大专以上学历。 Minimum junior college degree - 具有6-7年以上石油化工行业工作经验。 Minimum 6-7 years petrochemical work experience. - 具有英语阅读、书写能力和一般口语能力。 Both English reading and written ability and normal English verbal ability. - 优秀的人际关系和交流技巧 Excellent interpersonal and communication skill - 高度自我激励, 能够采取主动, 独立工作 Highly motivated, able to take the initiative, capable of working independently - 能够在压力下工作, 按时完成任务 Able to work under pressure to deliver tasks on time - 熟练使用计算机办公应用软件, 熟悉电子制表软件 Capable user of PC office applications and familiarity with spreadsheets - 要热情、善于沟通和敬业。 The person should be enthusiastic, have good communication ability and devote to work. - 身体健康 Good health - 家庭稳定，能承担经常出差。 Good relationship with family members to ensure regular travels.
