We are a start-up company so expect the Researcher to work on a variety of functions during any one day.Position Summary Statement:The Researcher will be working with the team of a world class research practice in Asia. He or she will be targeted on developing research campaigns, supporting Consultant expectations and achieving all research KPI’s set by the Research Department. Additionally he or she will be expected to target and recruit candidates via direct calling or web based search.Responsibilities:？ Online research of companies and individuals？ Develop qualified business development leads？ Working with consultants to support project based work？ Frontline headhunting call？ Database management？ Supporting the entry of data for project based work？ Other duties as outlined by the Research Department？ General operational supportKnowledge, Skills and Experience Required:？ Minimum 1 year research, HR and analytical experience？ Strong background in delivering research campaigns or HR campaigns for multinational corporations？ Solid appreciation of the Technology markets？ Experienced in Asia, international business knowledge would be a plus？ Provide accurate reporting and forecasting on a timely basis？ Goal oriented and high energy level？ High level of initiative, self-motivation？ Be pro-active with a “can-do” attitude？ ismatic approach to business with an aptitude to listen？ Strong communication and interpersonal skills？ Fluent in English and ChineseWorking Conditions:？ Ability to perform all customary sales tasks using a PC (word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, account management, and sales forecasting); to perform duties during client visits.Academic Qualifications:？ The applicant will preferably have a tertiary education in language, marketing, business or law.
